Refurbishment with minimum disruption
We can project manage the complete refurbishment of your train door systems with the minimum of disruption to your operations. After completing a detailed survey, and agreeing a programme of work, a dedicated project manager will work closely with you to ensure that everything is completed on time and on budget.
Scheduled maintenance
Regular maintenance is vital for the reliable operation of all train door systems. We will design a comprehensive maintenance programme that will ensure the safety and reliability of your systems. We can also provide expert technicians to carry out the work on site, or to assist your own staff if required.
Product overhaul
As well as carrying out full C6 overhaul procedures on site, our technicians are able to undertake the refurbishment of items including door actuators, locks and other key components in our fully-equipped workshops in Milton Keynes. All overhauls are undertaken to strict in-house procedures. TDS run a full competency management systems for its employer. TDS is ISO 9001: 2000 accredited.
Staff training
TDS has a comprehensive training service with experts that can train your staff to inspect and carryout all aspects of train door maintenance and installation. We also design and deliver bespoke training packages to suit individual requirements. (see Training)
